 INFORMATION:-
        a popular indian street food recipe prepared mainly with pav bread and deep fried batata vada stuffing. The vada pav can be had during any time of day like breakfast, brunch or as an evening snack. Vada pav goes very well with the Indian chai and usually fried green chilies and chutney are served along with it.

How to make vada pav

1. boil 2 large potatoes, about 350 grams. Peel and then mash them with a fork in a bowl.
2. heat 2 to 3 tsp oil in a small pan. Add ½ tsp mustard seeds and crackle them. Then add 7 to 8 curry leaves and asafoetida. Stir and saute for about 5 seconds.
3. then add 6 to 7 garlic and 1 to 2 green chilies, which have been crushed in a mortar-pestle. Add ⅛ tsp turmeric powder.
4. stir till the raw aroma of garlic goes away.
5. pour this tempering in the mashed potatoes.
6. add 1 to 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves. Also add salt.
7. Mix everything well. Then make small to medium balls from the mashed potato mixture. Flatten these balls a bit. Cover and keep aside.

INFORMATION:-

Pavbhaji is a popular Indian street food that consists of a spicy mix vegetable mash & soft buns.

To make pavbhaji, specifically the bhaji – onion, ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, are sauteed in butter first. Later to which boiled and mashed vegetables are added followed by pavbhaji masala. Then the bhaji is simmered for some minutes later to be served hot with buttered and lightly toasted pav. 

Both Pav and Bhaji are served together along with chopped onions and lemon wedge . This combination is finger licking good !!! If you never had Pav Bhaji then you are seriously missing something in life.

So all three tastes – teekha, khatta and meetha taste in just one pani.
